Kinecta Federal Credit Union is offering an introductory rate of 0% apr for the first four months on a no point or fee HELOC loan up to $250,000. There is a $75 annual fee which is waived with a $10,000 average daily balance over 12 months. Closing costs are paid for by Kinecta unless the loan is closed within the first 36 months.
