The State Department Federal Credit Union is offering 5.72% apy on a 5 year IRA certificate share for Capital Club members who maintain a credit union checking account with direct deposit of a paycheck or annuity, or $500 in your regular share account if direct deposit is not available to you. The minimum deposit for this rate is $500. Those who are not members of the Capital Club will earn a lower rate of 5.46% apy for this certificate.
