5.25% Pentagon Federal Credit Union 5/1 Adjustable Rate Mortage

Pentagon Federal Credit Union is offering 5.25% apr on their 5/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgage(ARM). This is a lower rate than they offer on their 1/1, 2/2, and 3/1 ARMs . They are also offering 5.375% apr on a 5/1 ARM with a forty year amortization. These rates are good for both regular and jumbo mortgages. Those paying .625 in points will receive a .25 point reduction to there mortgage rate. Most closing costs are waived for this loan and there is a 90 day rate lock option available.
