Fitchburg MEFCU is offering 10% apy on a 10 month certificate special. The minimum deposit for this special is $500 with a maximum deposit of $2,500. The account must be funded with money "new" to the credit union. You must also have or establish direct deposit of your net paycheck, social security, or pension check into a Fitchburg ME FCU checking account to qualify for this special. Field of membership in this credit union is extended to those who are employees and retirees of the following: City of Fitchburg, Fitchburg State College, Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, Fitchburg Housing Authority, and LUK, Inc.
