California Credit Union is offering 5.918% apy on a 17 month Freedom Option Bump-up Share Certificate . This certificate special requires a minimum deposit of $10,000 and allows one change to it's rate during the term of the certificate to the then current regular 17-month certificate rate. This rate is available for both regular and IRA certificates. Among other routes to joining California Credit Union, membership is extended to those who are members of a Parent Teacher Association or Parent Teacher Student Association.
