Fairwinds Credit Union 6.00%+ Jumbo Share Certificates with Relationship Rewards

Fairwinds Credit Union is offering rates of 6.00% apy and higher to those who open jumbo share certificates with terms of 9 through 60 months and apply 5000 Relationship Rewards points to their certificate account. Relationship Rewards may earned in a variety of ways. Members earn 100 points for every year they are a member. They also earn 1 point for every dollar of interest earned on deposit accounts and 1 point for every $1 in interest paid on loans with the credit union, with the exception of credit card interest. It takes 2500 points to receive a .25% rate bonus to certificate accounts and 5000 points to receive a .50% rate bonus. Currently, with 5000 Relationship Rewards points, you can earn the following rates on jumbo share certificates:

Field of membership in Fairwinds Credit Union is extended to those who live or work in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Polk, or Volusia County in Florida. Membership is also extended to those who are over 50 and live within a 50 mile radius of a Fairwinds Credit Union service center and are not currently eligible for membership at another local area credit union. Employees of any one of over 500 select employee groups are eligible for credit union membership as well, in addition to active or retired military personnel or dependents receiving military benefits.
