Advantage Federal Credit Union is offering an introductory rate of 1.25% for the first 6 monthly billing cycles after closing on a Home Equity Line of Credit. Rates thereafter are as low as Prime -.25% on a line of credit from $50,000 to $100,000. This line features 10 years of revolving credit and an additional 15 year term for repayment. There are no closing costs for this loan, however you must reimburse the creidit union third party fees ranging from $314 to $1,700 if you close this line prior to it's third anniversary.
