At the end of January 2008 home mortage rates hit a 40yr low. So while looking for a house I began working with Mtn High Fed Credit Union. Well needless to say that Scott Dunn their loan broker nearly cost me my house due to his inability to complete the simplist loan processes. The customer service was so bad that I got an attorney involved to try to help me and ended up having to switch lenders since they refused to honor the interest rate that I been quoted in a Good Faith Estimate. Stay away from this credit union, they cannot be trusted to follow through and they will not complete or honor what they say.
