Fairfax Community Credit Union is offering 5.50% apy on their 1/5 Rate Protection Share Certificate Special. You may make a penalty free withdrawl from this certificate during the 10-day period after the one-year anniversary of the opening of the certificate. If you don't exercise this option, this certificate will continue to earn 5.50% apy for the next four years. The mimimum deposit for this certificate is $1,000. See site for additional details.
