Virginia Federal Credit Union is offering high rates on a number of their share certificates. Both their 36 and 60 month share certificates earn 5.53% apy with a minimum deposit of $50,000. Certificates of the same duration with lesser deposits starting at $25,000 earn 5.42% apy.

Field of membership in Virginia Credit Union is extended to employees and retirees of the Commonwealth of Virginia, any county, city, or town in Virginia, and any public school or Virginia state funded college or university.
