6.00% Pentagon Federal Credit Union 3,4,5, & 7 Year Share Certificates
Pentagon Federal Credit Union is offering 6.00% apy on 3, 4, 5, & 7 year share certificates. The minimum required deposit for these certificates is $1,000. These are the highest rates available to everyone in the country that I have seen advertised.
Field of membership in Pentagon Federal Credit Union is offered to members of a large number of select organizations. If you dont qualify for membership through any of these organizations, you can become eligible for membership in Pentagon Federal Credit Union by virtue of membership in the National Military Family Association for $20.

That three year is marginally attractive. The others are too long. If the 6% APY were being offered on a two year I'd be in quickly.
6% for 3 years will probably be OK.
How low will rates be in a year?
How high?Look at it as a 2 year CD.
