Telcom Federal Credit Union is offering 5.75% apy on a 60 month share certificate. The minimum deposit for this rate is $500 and you must have a Telcom checking account with direct deposit of at least $500 per month to your Telcom account(s). Those without a checking account will earn 5.50% apy.

While there are a numer of ways to join Telcom Credit Union, their field of membership is open to anyone by virtue of a $2 donation to the Salvation Army Bed and Bread program.
