Called today 12/22/06 and was informed this is not available for an IRA account.

Thanks Betty. Special high rate certificate specials for IRA accounts often begin in January of a new year. Hopefully we'll see some in the coming weeks.
They also need you to be a member first and for that you HAVE TO go to one of their branches. They cant mail the forms to you.
