California Credit Union, 5.50% 9 Month & 5.601% 17 Month Share Certificate Specials

California Credit Union is offering two promotional rate share certificates on their website. The first is a 9 month share certificate at a rate of 5.50% apy. The minimum deposit for this certificate is $1,000 and this account must be funded with money new to the credit union. This account is available as a regular or an IRA share certificate.

The second special is a 5.601% apy 17 month Freedom Option Bump-up Share Certificate . This certificate special requires a minimum deposit of $10,000 and allows one change to it's rate during the term of the certificate to the then current regular 17-month certificate rate. This second account is also available for both regular and IRA share certificates.

Among other routes to joining California Credit Union, membership is extended to those who are members of a Parent Teacher Association or Parent Teacher Student Association.
