Lake Michigan Credit Union is offering 5.50% apy on a number of IRA share certificates with a range of maturities. IRA share certificates with terms of 14, 15, 17, 18, & 24 months earn this special rate. You must have a VIP relationship with the credit union to earn this yield. The minimum deposit requirement for this offer is $500.

The credit union is also offering 5.40% apy on their 8 month regular and IRA share certificates and 5.50% apy on their 14 month regular and IRA share certificates. You must have a VIP relationship with the credit union to qualify for these yields. Lower rates are available for those who are not VIP members.

Field of membership in Lake Michigan Credit Union is extended to those who live, work, worship, or attend school in the Michigan Counties of Allegan, Kent, Muskegon or Ottawa. Membership is also extended to those who are over the age of 55 and receive a retirement payment(ex. Social Security, annuity, pension) and live in or belong to a retirement organization in the county or a county adjacent to where the credit union's main office is located.
