Allegacy Federal Credit Union is offering 6.00% apy on the first $25,000 on deposit in their Smart Rate Checking Account. Account balances over $25,000 earn 1.01% apy. This account has no minimum balance requirement and ATM fees from other financial institutions are reimbursed. In order to qualify for the benefits of this account you must receive eStatements, make 10 check card transactions per statement cycle, and maintain at least one Direct Deposit or ACH auto debit per statement cycle. If the above requirements are not met this account will earn .05% apy.
