Pentagon Federal Credit Union is now offering a rate of 4.99% apr on home equity loans with terms of up to 120 months. This is the lowest rate I've come across for a home equity loan with this term. Pentagon Federal Credit Union also continues to offer 5.99% apr on home equity loans between 121 and 240 months. To qualify for these rates you must apply online. See site for additional details.
